Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

a. A minimum stay of one night is required for all bookings.

b. Bookings are subject to availability and rates are subject to change without notice.

c. Confirmation of a booking is only valid once a deposit has been received.

d. The person who makes the booking is responsible for the entire rental and will be the point of contact for the duration of the stay.

2. Payment

a. Payment must be made in full 24 hours before check-in.

b. Payments can be made through the website, bank transfer or PayPal.

c. A refundable security deposit may be charged at the time of booking.

d. Full payment for any additional services will be required at the time of check-out.

3. Cancellation policy

a. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Or you may be charged in full. within less than 48 hours

b. In the event of a cancellation, the full cost of the booking will be forfeited.

c. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, no refund will be given.

4. Check-in and check-out

a. Check-in time is from 2 pm unless otherwise agreed.

b. Check-out time is by 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

c. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.

d. An early check-in may be available upon request.

5. Guests

a. The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in the booking confirmation.

b. Additional guests are only allowed with prior approval and may incur an additional fee.

c. All guests must be able to provide identification.

6. House Rules

a. Smoking, vaping and any naked flames is strictly prohibited in the property.

b. Pets are not allowed in the property unless otherwise agreed.

c. The property must be left in a clean and tidy state upon departure.

d. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately.

e. Guest are required to be respectful of other guest and keep all noise to a minimum.

f. Guest are required to respect quiet times from 11pm until 7am.

g. Guest are prohibited from using the accommodation for any type of gain and subletting.

7. Liability

a. The property owner and management company are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the stay.

b. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

c. The property owner and management company reserve the right to terminate the agreement if any house rules are breached.

8. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to move you to different accommodation of a similar standard if necessary.

a. The property owner and management company are not liable for any changes or cancellations made due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

9. Governing Law

a. The rental agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the property is located.
